Telephone consultations - as some queries can be resolved by a doctor, nurse or pharmacist over the phone. Please call the Practice to arrange for the appropriate clinician to return your call.
The Clinical Contact Centre: South Worcestershire GP services run a telephone consultation service staffed by clinicians. With your permission, they access and record into your GP records to co-ordinate your care. This service can assess, diagnose, advise and prescribe over the phone and are open weekdays from 8am - 8pm. To access this service please contact the practice reception.
Early and late appointment times: GP or HCA blood tests/ blood pressure check appointments run on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7am (These appointments must be pre-booked online, by phone or in person). One evening per week we are open until 8pm with a GP and practice nurse.
Worcestershire extended access appointments: In addition to the practice’s normal opening hours, and additional surgery opening times as stated above, you can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on Saturday and Sunday at locations across South Worcestershire. GP practices are working together to provide extended access appointments to our patients. This means that your extended access appointment may be with a different GP, nurse or based in a different location or practice than you are used to, and some of these appointments are telephone only. These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the surgery during our opening times – when calling please ask for an extended access appointment and our receptionists will help you to find a convenient appointment.
